Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Shipping

Shipping timelines provided on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Because products are made to order, production time is required in addition to shipping time. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

As products are made to order, we accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered. Requests must be made within the return window stated on the Site, with supporting evidence such as photos. Approved returns will be refunded or replaced at our discretion. We do not accept returns for reasons of sizing preference or change of mind unless required by applicable law.
